This well known shark teeth pattern was first made famous from a group known as the Flying Tiger pilots.

They went into battle to defend China against the Japanese during WWII hired as mercenaries before the US officially entered the war over 80 years ago.

Today with territorial sovereignty under threat by aggressive state actors like Russia it's time to remember that the principals of peace and freedom are shared across boarders even if we stand under different flags.
