The frenetic energy and power in his work comes not only from a mind racing and sleep deprived but as an Artist working with a history of Bipolar disorder (BP) which he openly shares in his story of struggle and adaptation to channel this energy into his own unique creative expression.
Manic’s prolific and prodigious work spans digital media and incorporates found materials and textures from his day job in junk collection services bringing in found surfaces and dimensions that make his work all the richer.
