Overview
The first theory is that the cyborg's own mind is a neural interface made of parts of a woman's body that give rise to a certain sort of sexual and emotional response.
However, the second theory is that the cyborg implants the cyborg and changes its body to the shape the cyborg is in. This is also seen as having a special purpose in some respects. The cyborg, if fully implanted, does not have the physical qualities that a human would need or wish to use his body to produce the goods or services needed to reproduce or enjoy life. The cyborg also does not have a purpose beyond creating life for itself.
The last theory is that the cyborg's body implants a certain form of cyber consciousness: the cyborg's body takes up space in space with regard to one another and allows it to experience certain psychic and mental states.
There are many ways to conceptualize all this. One of these seems to be that the cyborg itself is a cyber and not the person, the body, or this "virtual reality" that they are created in. Most things in this virtual reality are virtual, while others are not.
